No Hassle Return & Exchange Policy

 

In this fast-paced world we live in, sometimes the need to return something you’ve purchased just can’t be avoided. That’s why we’ve tried to make our return process as painless as possible. We don’t require prior authorization and we don’t limit you to any one shipping method.

How Do I Return an Item?

You may return any flag, part, or accessory that was purchased from our store with the exception of custom and special order items (made-to-order Civil War flags, extra large flags, or custom engraved flag cases for example), indoor flag sets, and commercial flagpoles.

The item you return must be received in new and unused condition in the original packaging within 30 days from the original order date (no exceptions) and sorry, but we don’t pay for shipping on returns. Our return address can be found below.

If possible, include a copy of the original online order receipt. If that’s not possible, you should include the name of the person your order shipped to as well as one or two ways to contact you. Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will refund your account less the original shipping cost. Outdoor flag sets are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

How Do I Exchange an Item?

You may exchange any flag, flag set, residential flagpole, part, or accessory that was purchased from our store with the exception of custom and special order flags (made-to-order Civil War flags for example) and commercial flagpoles. Just call our Help Desk toll free at 855-962-6249 and tell our representative that you would like to exchange your purchase. If possible, have your original online order number ready. We’ll place an order for the new item and charge your account. In order to receive a credit for your original order, it must be received in new and unused condition within 30 days of the original order date. Sorry, but we will not accept exchanges after 30 days—no exceptions. Once your original order has been received and inspected, we will credit your account for the items returned.
