Your flag has been made in America by the very best flag makers America has to offer; solid companies like Annin & Co. and Valley Forge Flag, who are absolutely committed to the great tradition of workmanship that began when our country was still young.

The flag you purchase from has been hand-made by dedicated and highly skilled American craftsmen and we enthusiastically stand behind that craftsmanship by offering you the most comprehensive flag guarantee available anywhere.

What’s Covered


Every flag we sell is guaranteed to be free of factory defects in materials and workmanship for the entire length of the guarantee. If you should discover a defect within 35 days from the original date of order, we will promptly replace your flag, plus we will pay for shipping both ways. After the initial 35-day period and before the expiration of the guarantee, we will repair your flag and pay for shipping both ways.


Should the dyes used in making our flags run (i.e. red dye bleeds color onto an otherwise white section of fabric) we will replace your flag within the guarantee period free of charge and we will pay for shipping both ways.

Wear & Tear

Almost Every flag we sell is guaranteed not to shred, fray or unravel. If your flag begins to show signs of any of these conditions, you can return it to us within the guarantee period and we will repair it free of charge. Additionally, we will pay for shipping both ways. Some of the flags that are used in high wind conditions (car window flags, code flags, or any flag you attach to your vehicles) are covered under a limited guarantee. We will process these claims on a case by case basis. 

Flagpoles & Hardware

Every flagpole and hardware item is guaranteed to be completely free of defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of order. Upon reasonable determination of the defect, we will immediately replace it with an identical item.

What’s Not Covered


Flags that are used for purposes other than those that flags would normally be used for (as a rug for example) that cause them to be damaged as well as flags that have been intentionally damaged will not be covered under this guarantee.


Flags that are flown outdoors can often get soiled to some degree. We do not replace dirty flags nor do we clean them. However, if your flag gets dirty, give us a call and we will gladly tell you how to clean it.

Handheld Stick Flags and Custom Flags

Hand-held stick flags are intended for short-term use and are not covered by our guarantee.

  • Defects: 2 months
  • Colorfastness: 1 year
  • Wear & tear: 2 months

Why Does the Guarantee Period Get Shorter as the Flags Get Bigger?

Even the finest flags are essentially pieces of fabric we expose (at the top of a pole no less) to howling wind, driving rain, and blistering sun. The paint on your house doesn’t take that level of abuse. The laws of physics dictate that the longer the flag, the greater the stress placed on the fabric, and therefore the faster the fabric will wear.

When Does the Guarantee Period Begin and When Does it End?

Your guarantee begins at the date your order was placed and ends on the last day of the period that corresponds to the size of your flag. For example, if you purchase a 3' x 5' flag on January 2nd, the last day of your guarantee will be January 1st of the following year.

How it Works

In order to satisfy your guarantee claim quickly and with the least amount of effort on your part, we ask that you follow these simple steps:

  • Have your original order receipt ready if possible. We will be able to find your order information without it, but it helps to speed the process.
  • Call us toll-free at 855-962-6249 or send an email to and tell us about your flag. The purpose of this initial contact is to help us determine how we can best satisfy your claim. Our representative will also be able to tell you when you can expect to receive your flag back.
  • Once we have your information, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email, or if you don’t have email available, via First Class Mail.
