Residential Deliveries

We are not responsible if your package is lost or stolen because it was shipped to a residential address. We strongly advise all of our customers to ship your orders to a place where there will be someone to sign for / recieve the packaging.  In the event one of your packages is lost or stolen, we will be more than happy to provide you any documentation nessecary to process a claim with the carrier, but will not assist in the process.

$4.95 Flat Rate Shipping

Wondering how much you’re going to get socked with shipping and hidden “handling” charges when you’re all done shopping can be stressfull to say the least. Our goal is to make your experience shopping at as enjoyable and stress-free as we possibly can.

Flat Rate orders are shipped using UPS Basic, UPS Ground, or Priority Mail depending on cost and location. In most cases you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 business days from the time you placed it with us.

Standard Ground

Orders placed with Standard Ground are given priority over Flat Rate orders and are usually shipped out the same business day when ordered before 1:00 PM Eastern Time and the next business day when ordered after 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Standard Ground packages are delivered Monday-Friday. We do not offer the UPS Ground option for customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico because it is usually more expensive than UPS 2nd Day Air. UPS Ground is not available for APO and FPO addresses.

UPS Ground transit time is 6 business days to certain areas of Oregon and Idaho.

Express Shipping Options

You may select UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air Saver guaranteed delivery for an additional charge on the address page of the shopping cart. Orders for express shipping must be received by 1:00 PM Eastern Time in order to ship the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders received after 1:00 PM ET on Friday will ship the following Monday. Delivery for these services is Monday-Friday. If you select an express shipping option and all or part of your order is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified as soon as possible. Express shipping options will be delivered by the end of the selected day—please call if you require AM or Saturday delivery.

Please Note: Express shipping for indoor and outdoor flag sets may incur additional charges. If your order requires additional charges, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Address Correction Charges

In the event that the shipping address provided to us needs to be corrected by the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) they will charge us a fee for correcting the address, which we will pass on to the customer.

Lost, Misdelivered, or Returned Shipments

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or returned packages due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. However, if this occurs, please call us at 1-855-962-6249 and we will do what we can to help you.

Return and re-shipping charges associated with returned shipments are the responsibility of the customer. If your shipment is returned to us by the carrier we will seek your permission to charge your card. If you are not okay with this we will process the returned shipment as a returned order and refund your money.
